Have questions about our services?

We’ve answered some of the most common ones below.

service details

  • We handle most household, office, and commercial items, including furniture, appliances, electronics, yard debris, and more. If you’re unsure about a specific item, just reach out — we’re happy to help.

  • Yes, for safety and legal reasons we cannot take: hazardous materials, medical waste, chemicals, paint, asbestos, fuels, or items in unsafe locations. If you’re not sure, contact us — we can clarify.

  • Absolutely. We remove large furniture, appliances, and other oversized items. If you have something especially large or heavy, send us a photo so we can prepare the right equipment.

  • Whenever possible, we donate, recycle, or upcycle usable items. Recyclable materials are processed responsibly, and everything else is disposed of according to local regulations to minimize waste.

  • We help with a wide range of property services and odd jobs, including assembly and disassembly, moving items within your home, TV mounting, gutter cleaning, light demolition, and general help around your property. If you have a project in mind, just ask — we’re happy to let you know if it’s something we can help with.

scheduling & quotes

  • Reach out via our website, call, or text with details and photos of the items or project. We can provide a quote remotely or schedule an on-site visit for larger or complex jobs.

  • Yes! We provide free estimates for all junk removal and service projects. You can get a quote remotely by sending us details and photos, or schedule an on-site visit for larger or more complex jobs.

  • You don’t have to be present, but if you’re off-site, we’ll coordinate access and stay in touch throughout the job to ensure everything goes smoothly.

  • Timing depends on the size and scope of the project. Small jobs may take an hour or less, while full-house or commercial cleanouts can take several hours. We provide an estimated timeframe when scheduling.

pricing & fees

  • Yes — some items may carry a disposal fee due to costs charged by landfills, recycling centers, or specialty facilities. We’ll always let you know upfront if any fees apply so there are no surprises.

  • Payment is simple and straightforward once the job is done. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payments (PayPal, Venmo, CashApp, and Zelle). Please note a 3% service fee applies for all card payments processed through Square. We’ll review everything with you before leaving to ensure there are no surprises.

  • Junk removal is primarily priced by volume — based on how much space your items take up in our truck. We also consider the type of items and any special handling or disposal requirements. This approach helps us provide a fair and accurate estimate for every job.

  • Pricing for property services depends on the scope of the job and the type of work needed. Since we offer a variety of services, costs can vary based on time, materials, and complexity. We will review all details with you upfront so you know exactly what to expect before any work begins.

on-site process

  • Clear a path to the items, take note of any fragile or sensitive areas, and provide photos if possible. Otherwise, we handle the heavy lifting and cleanup for you.

  • No — we leave every space tidy. All debris is collected, and your area is cleared and ready to use once the job is complete.
